	Ridgewood Capital Group is a commercial mortgage correspondent. We are, however, different from the typical mortgage broker involved in the funding of commercial loans. We know how to get a loan to closing. We are experienced full service commercial mortgage brokers that are not limited to any one type of loan product, program, sector, or country. We have avenues nation-wide and internationally too. Ridgewood Capital Group is a direct lender in hard money lending. That is, small balance loans in the greater New England area.
